Hi, I'm Frank Fendley, and I am your electronic repair specialist here at Uncle Sam's Jamms.   I received my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School in 1974, and completed additional post-graduate studies in digital electronics at the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 1987-1988.
